Clarity Strategic Partners was born from my 25 year journey of experiences, relationships, and quite frankly frustrations with the industry that I love. Over my career, I have had the privilege of successfully leading talented teams in sales, implementation, client service, human resources, and benefit procurement to name just a few, all with a consultative mindset. It was throughout these experiences that I began to see an all-too-common trend of organizations settling on solutions that did not address all their needs.
Whether it was a simple case of “over promise and underdeliver” or a rushed implementation, the bottom line was that the client was left with a partnership that did not address their needs. Why? Simple. There was a lack of listening, collaboration, and collective attentiveness when sold, implemented, and serviced. The provider’s needs were met, not those of the client. It is not deceitful, it’s just reality.

Professional Experience
Prior to CSP, Andrew was an executive at HourWork, Inc, serving as both Chief of Staff and Head of Product & Engineering with a focus on operational excellence, human resources, and product & software development. During his time at HourWork, he worked on a variety of projects spanning technology, operations, accounting, and workforce management. Specifically, he was program lead on an effort to streamline and automate business process workflows and create next generation HR technology. As a result, he is very experienced in bridging the gap between IT, Operations, and Human Resources.
Prior to HourWork, Andrew worked as Head of Product & QA at LA-based Bluemark, Inc, where he collaborated with large corporations such as Uber and Google. In addition, he spent nearly 5 years at Paycom leading product initiatives for Payroll, Tax, and Compliance, helping to build the HCM/HRIS software used by thousands of employers and millions of workers.

Transitioning into the benefits world, Luz completed numerous implementations and
open enrollments, working closely with brokers and carriers to ensure successful
transitions. Her ability to collaborate effectively with these partners facilitated seamless
integrations and optimal benefits solutions.
Following Paycom, Luz joined Paylocity’s benefit support team, serving as a long-term
representative. During her time at Paylocity, she gained extensive experience handling
multiple seasons of open enrollment, further solidifying her expertise in benefits
administration in the BSwift platform.
